This beach home is literally a slice of heaven. On the water Beautiful views with just a 10 minute walk over the dunes to the open Atlantic Ocean House was attractive and very well appointed. I love it here and hope I can return.

Great rental home experience by Nauset Rental. The recently renovated house was perfect for a multigenerational family reunion. Everyone did the activity they preferred, then return for beautiful sunsets and dinner...:-) - Thank You!!!

The cape house Super clean, super quiet, well stocked kitchen, large bedrooms with good storage. Suggestions, the living room couches should be replaced, very worn-out.

I enjoyed a perfect long weekend in early October at Cook's Brook Cottage - one of the nicest homes I have stayed at on the Cape. The location in Eastham is ideal- close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for great biking; a short walk to the West-facing Cooks Brook Beach for sundowners and peaceful morning beach walks; and reasonably close to Ptown for great restaurants, culture and nightlife! The Cottage itself is both comfortable and tastefully decorated with a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy sitting room with a fireplace and three private bedrooms. I slept so soundly! There are plenty of nooks both inside and out to give everyone space to spread out. There is even a little WFH office off of the master suite. The owners have included many thoughtful touches above and beyond what you might find in a typical Cape Cod rental. Most definitely will make this my base on my next visit to the Cape and can highly recommend it.

Beautiful home, easy entry and responsive hosts. Owners live next door and were very friendly and helpful. Nauset rental folks were also wonderful. The house is gorgeous. Just be aware that several rooms in 2nd and 3rd floor end up sharing same full bath. It worked out but could b a little tight for some. Overall a great location and spectacular house/yard

The house is immaculately clean and comfortably afforded privacy for 8 people! The lot is large with plenty of separation from neighboring houses. Kitchen was well equipped. Everyone enjoyed the choice of jigsaw puzzles!

House is beautiful and well taken care of, enormous and very spacious.

We had a group of 8 adults staying for 3 nights and from the moment we walked in we knew this was the place for us. There was plenty of room to spread out including the awesome backyard and firepit. We golfed at nearby courses during the day, cooked in (grilling) each night and watched football YouTube TV. It's a great location on a quiet street.

We stayed at the SummerSweet rental in Eastham and it accommodated our family perfectly! The layout and cleanliness of the house was so welcoming. Plenty of rooms/ areas to relax and play games and enjoy our time. Loved being so close to the beach! We would definitely stay there again!

Location at its best! This lovely home has so much to offer both inside and out. You are less than a 10 minute drive to some of Brewsters best bay side beaches and finest restaurants. You can access the bike trail in only 3 minutes down the road. The home is so comfortable and inviting with all the amenities you could ask for. It was so quiet at night you could hear a pin drop! We would highly recommend this home and cant wait to go back next year!

Heaven in Truro Tucked away on a winding private road, secluded and peaceful, a wonderful home, chockful of character and some of the best beds we've ever had in a rental! Easy walk to the private beach and every amenity you could possibly want, this house has it all. Loved every minute and cantvwait to go back.

Blueberry Retreat is a great Cape rental. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, has private beach access on the bay, overlooks a big, with yard and trees. Open floor plan and cathedral ceilings provide connection between living, dining rooms and kitchen , while having different spaces to interact and converse. Lovely deck and screened-in porch are great outdoor spaces with different nuances. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all the basics for cooking and dining. 5 bedrooms and extra living room in basement, and 3 tvs accommodate lots of people. Easy access to other beaches, grocery stores, shopping and Cape activities. I would highly recommend this home for a larger group! Sights, sounds, smells and feels of the Cape will embrace your visit here! Thank you for our wonderful stay in this lovely home!

Great place and a great view of the lake. We enjoyed our visit. The house is nice and very clean. The house is locally centered in Chatham, We liked the outdoor decks and the views. We would stay there again.

We loved everything about this house! From decor to location. Great for families with kids or larger families as theres so much space and so tastefully decorated!!

A great time was had by all at this North Eastham. Good location, walking distance to the beach, very clean and with all conveniences of home. Thanks for having us! A great place to stay and wonderful hosts We were very happy with our stay here. The beds were comfortable, the beach dcor was fun, the kitchen had everything we needed. The pictures on the website are accurate- there were no unpleasant surprises! We loved the location- the backyard was private and the beach a short walk away. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets. We also loved how close we were to the pristine ocean beaches of the national seashore.

We had an all too quick week at this wonderfully appointed Chatham home. Very airy and comfortablewith lots of amenities (especially loved the ping pong table and the Miles Davis album!). Realty company was very responsive and resolved the few issues that rose up (i.e., supplying a missing paddle board). The street was a bit busy, especially for exiting the blind drivewaywhich also made biking a small challenge at first. Lake access is limited to a small strip large enough to pull the canoe in and out ofand the water entry point is a bit mucky. That said once youre out on the lake it is pristine and perfect for swimming, boating and relaxing. All in all, we highly enjoyed our stay at this well maintained home.
