We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pictures were a very accurate representation of the home. The house is beautiful and we love New Seabury.

Nauset was helpful and responsive through the whole rental process.

Our property was very clean when we arrived and the house was as expected. We encountered a minor issue while there and they were quick to respond and resolve it. Definitely recommend.

Tides End is a lovely waterfront home. We've stayed there two years in a row. The home and decor are lovely. The best times, however, are had at the dock. Bring your kayaks and expect to be greeted by several very curious seals. Orleans is a great nearby town. Happy Travels to all!

I've vacationed down the Cape since I was little, and now continue vacationing every summer with my husband and kids. We also vacation with 2 other family friends every summer. This house was honestly perfect. The outside is very deceiving. You would never expect it to be so spacious and roomy, but once you are inside it's very nice. Extremely clean, bedding/towels are provided and even little shampoos/soaps. There is plenty of space for kids to lounge/hang out together and plenty of rooms/beds for sleeping. I would highly recommend for a family or big group of friends. Lots of fun. Around a mile or so to Mashpee Commons/Stop and Shop. We went to Craigville Beach during our stay, which was around a 22 minute drive. Well worth it. Looking forward to renting again!!!

Great location! Loved walking over to Wequassett for coffee at the Sill & drinks/apps at Lybation, Harwich baseball games, Chatham lighthouse & shopping etc!

We loved our stay at Lighthouse Landing! We would absolutely book the home again. The only criticism we had was that the outdoor shower was not in working order and the grass was too long to really be able to play wiffle ball so my boys were a bit bummed as well. Nauset rental was great to work with and very responsive! Overall, we had a wonderful week on the Cape and we are looking forward to next year!

Beautiful home with spectacular views! Very clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Would not hesitate to stay here again! The staff at Nauset Rental were a pleasure to deal with - very professional and courteous.

This beach home is literally a slice of heaven. On the water Beautiful views with just a 10 minute walk over the dunes to the open Atlantic Ocean House was attractive and very well appointed. I love it here and hope I can return.

Great rental home experience by Nauset Rental. The recently renovated house was perfect for a multigenerational family reunion. Everyone did the activity they preferred, then return for beautiful sunsets and dinner...:-) - Thank You!!!

The cape house Super clean, super quiet, well stocked kitchen, large bedrooms with good storage. Suggestions, the living room couches should be replaced, very worn-out.

I enjoyed a perfect long weekend in early October at Cook's Brook Cottage - one of the nicest homes I have stayed at on the Cape. The location in Eastham is ideal- close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for great biking; a short walk to the West-facing Cooks Brook Beach for sundowners and peaceful morning beach walks; and reasonably close to Ptown for great restaurants, culture and nightlife! The Cottage itself is both comfortable and tastefully decorated with a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy sitting room with a fireplace and three private bedrooms. I slept so soundly! There are plenty of nooks both inside and out to give everyone space to spread out. There is even a little WFH office off of the master suite. The owners have included many thoughtful touches above and beyond what you might find in a typical Cape Cod rental. Most definitely will make this my base on my next visit to the Cape and can highly recommend it.

Beautiful home, easy entry and responsive hosts. Owners live next door and were very friendly and helpful. Nauset rental folks were also wonderful. The house is gorgeous. Just be aware that several rooms in 2nd and 3rd floor end up sharing same full bath. It worked out but could b a little tight for some. Overall a great location and spectacular house/yard

The house is immaculately clean and comfortably afforded privacy for 8 people! The lot is large with plenty of separation from neighboring houses. Kitchen was well equipped. Everyone enjoyed the choice of jigsaw puzzles!
