The home was lovely and as described. Well equipped and folks at Nauset Rental very helpful. Short walk to ocean and the town of Orleans was as always a laid back pleasure with very good restaurants and excellent and fun shops. A great week away. Thank you.

We loved the Bayberry House. It is a perfect location. The kitchen is great for foodies like us, and the backyard feels like a garden oasis! Hope to go again next summer.

Our family rented the Heron House in Eastham through Nauset Rental. The home was the perfect rental for our group. And Nauset Rental was extremely responsive and helpful with both the rental process and the details relating to the home. Highly recommend!

The house was great. The door at the top of the second floor stairs was brilliant for keeping our granddaughters away from the staircase. The view was amazing and we had everything we needed for a great week. Lovely home!!

My family and I really loved staying here on our Cape vacation. The house had a ton of space, was decorated beautifully, and was exceptionally clean. It also had so many great extras - a new grill, games for the kids, a cozy fire pit with plenty of chairs - to name just a few. The kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials and there was even a welcome basket waiting for us upon arrival! We really enjoyed our time in Mashpee and will definitely be planning another stay at this property next summer.

Great vacation property. The location was perfect close to downtown Chatham, but also near the water. The house was wonderful and it was great having access to the bikes, kayaks, and lawn games. We enjoyed our stay at summer breeze.

Our experience with Nauset Rentals was first class right from the start.All 3 staff members provided detailed information and were available whenever we has specific questions. The booking process was seamless, the photos of the home ( Beach Bound ) were identical the home as we found it.Description of the amenities was also accurate. We intend to book with Nauset Rentals 2024 and will look forward to working with Charlie and staff. Thank you guys for a terrific vacation.

Beach Bound is a completely renovated home that could easily be mistaken for a new home. The exterior is landscaped beautifully and the heated pool was amazing.Outdoor showed with hot water were utilized daily. Sleeping space meet the needs of our 11 member family and the large open kitchen/living/dining area sealed the deal.

Wonderful Stay! We had a wonderful visit in Orleans. Our stay at the All Points East house was a delight. The house was exceptionally clean, organized, and well stocked. It also was perfectly located for all our adventures. The house is a quick trip to the beach, restaurants, market, stores, and other fantastic neighboring towns that were fun to explore. We were able to take advantage of biking on the rail trail which was lots of fun. The house itself did not disappoint. We found it large enough so everyone felt like they had their own space while the common areas provided the perfect gathering spots for our family. Great experience and stay at this beautiful house!

We rented this house last week in Truro and it was perfect for what we wanted. The location was great: walking distance to a beautiful bay beach with hardly any people, very dog friendly; there were 2 dog beds in the living room, a quaint upstairs with a comfortable living room and an amazing outside porch that went all the way around the home. My hubby spent hours at the outside table reading and we had breakfast outside many mornings. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to make meals if you want to cook. A big bonus for me was that the AC worked very well on both floors because I run hot most of the time. Nauset Realty texted all the directions before we started our trip and we didn't have any reason to contact them except that the trash collector never came during the week. There were 3 bedrooms downstairs with one bathroom and a small full bathroom upstairs. We were 3 couples and it didn't get too crowded because we could always go upstairs to shower if needed. The house was probs built in the 50s: it was old fashioned. But everything worked and was clean and functional. A good experience all around. The only caveat is the third bedroom is much smaller than the other 2 and the queen bed seemed more like a double.

Beautiful house! Fabulous yard with patio fire pit in large yard. Kids loved hammock and swing even our 14 was outside all time we were there. Great family house. We would live to come back. Ps. Location a plus

Best Cape Cod experience to date! The accommodations, the beach and the home were a near perfect 10. Thanks for procuring the management of this home. My only recommendation would be some blackout curtains for Master bedroom. Although a perfect view it would have been better for sleeping. Thanks again for an unforgettable vacation.

Spacious,clean,comfortable. Great location. Kid friendly. Plenty of extras beach chairs, boogie boards toys for kids. Went with our kids and grandchildren and we didnt need to bring a thing.

Our family had a wonderful time at Beach Bound in Orleans. The house was beautiful with five bedrooms and ample space for 7 adults and two children. The property was beautifully designed and maintained. The highlight was the gorgeous pool where we spent many hours. My three and four year old granddaughters loved it. The backyard was spacious and included a cornhole game while also allowing us to set up a bouncy house for the girls. The deck in the back was also spacious and included a new Weber grill. We had a few minor issues. The kitchen and dining area was beautiful but the two left side burners on the stovetop werent working well. We were also surprised that there wasnt a door separating two of the bedrooms. However everyone loved this house and we highly recommend it.

Breathtaking view on the marsh. The home exceeded our expectations. Every amenity possible from a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor shower, free hulu, netflix ect. Only down side was no Red Sox channel but otherwise thoroughly enjoyable. House is beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. Will come again if available in the future. Quiet cul de sac which was perfect for my dog. A great escape from the city.

The huge home is beautiful and spotless. It has all the amenities you would want. It also has a fire pit and gas grill. Its also on a very quiet dead end street. Its just a few minutes away from the Mashpee Commons, Popponesset and the beach. I will definitely book this home again next year!

We stayed in a wonderful home in Chatham, MA with central location and beautiful surroundings. The rental process was good, no problems with self check in and check out.

We had a wonderful stay on Lisa Lane this past weekend. The amenities were plenty, linens were clean, home was spacious & immaculate. We enjoyed lunching on the patio while kiddos monkeyed around on the play structure. This home is so close to everything -- beach, county fair, diverse dining options were all within reach. We would 100% stay again and again!

Beautiful home, peaceful location Very recently updated, gorgeous and immaculate home. Peaceful, quiet, great for rest and relaxation, centrally located near National Seashore visitor center, bike paths, and beaches. Kitchen is well stocked and ready for cooking! We could find no fault, a perfect stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing in every way!! Best location! most comfortable house you can find! Fabulous outdoor situation-pool,multiple patios, lovely furniture , outdoor shower is wonderful , even has a kitchen in the pool house! Stunning landscaping. Bonus: two stand up paddle boards. Many places inside to sit together or alone. Beautiful upstairs deck with distant view of water . Private and very quiet. Can't wait to return !

We had an amazing time in Mashpee! This house is beautiful and very clean, on a quiet street. Its very spacious and has a beachy/relaxing vibe. Its convenient located just a short drive away from the Commons and the beach. The backyard has a nice patio and fire pit. The kids loved making smores! Look forward to renting again!

This vacation spot made for a perfect weekend getaway. There was plenty of room to enjoy quiet time and space for gathering as a family for board games and movie night. We had everything we needed for family meals including plenty of seating and kitchen essentials. Enjoyed nearby biking, playground, restaurants. So much to see and do we couldn't fit it into one weekend. Can't wait to visit again!
