Fully remodeled in 2018 and equipped with fully renovated kitchen, custom tile shower, wood floors, central A/C and more, this quaint West Barnstable home has everything you need for a perfect Cape vacation! Perhaps the greatest feature of all is the exclusive backyard access to Garretts Pond, a 24 acre natural kettle pond noted for its clear water. Enjoy beautiful views of the pond from the backyard, brand new deck, king bedroom and walk-out basement. You can walk right out of the basement down the lawn and dip your toes in the pond or go for a swim. 2 kayaks and a dinghy boat also included for your use! Paddles and life jackets will be provided, but we recommend bringing your own as well and fishing gear - plenty to catch in Garretts Pond!
This home's private, yet central location also allows for easy exploration of the area. It's just a short drive to quaint Barnstable Village, Mass Audubon nature trails, and nearby bay beaches including Sandy Neck and Millway Beach, as well as Craigville Beach on Nantucket Sound. Hyannis is a short drive away for shopping, restaurants, the airport, and cruises to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Very convenient location!

Lovely home! Something for everyone!
The grandchildren had a wonderful time on the lake and loved kayaking.
The color scheme in the house is as soothing as the lake and the wraparound porch is wonderful.

Nauset Rental is the best rental company we have worked with, they respond quickly to any questions or problems (although we have only had questions, no problems!!!), and they are friendly and awesome to talk to on the phone!

We would definitely book Pond Lily again. The location is super: right near the village of West Barnstable and the lovely Route 6A, and a short drive from Hyannis and the beaches on Nantucket Sound. The house was impeccably clean and very well-equipped, with a beautiful back deck overlooking Garrett's Pond. Since we were on the Cape in the middle of a heat wave, the air conditioning was most welcome. Another major plus: the beach pass that came with the rental of the house, which we used several times. Highly recommended.

The owners have done an incredible job renovating the home which they purchased last year. It is on a beautiful pond and centrally located to many Cape Cod activities. The location is private and relaxing.
We have lived on the Upper Cape for 28 years. Since we moved to Florida, we were looking for a rental home to give us a break from the Florida summer heat and visit with our son and friends who live in the area. The home which is centrally located was perfect for us. We rented for three weeks in September. The home is tastefully decorated and easy to maintain. We appreciated all the amenities and thought that went into the renovations. The everyday items that were included made our vacation enjoyable. Because we had cool, wet weather, we were not able to use the kayaks that were included or enjoy the new deck overlooking the pond as much as we would have liked. We look forward to returning next year.

This rental was one of our best through Airbnb. It provided us with a peaceful place to get away yet still feel like we were at home. It has a great pond view and access for relaxing on the deck and easy kayak usage. Theres a gourmet kitchen with upgraded appliances that you dont see in many rentals. The counter tops and island are great, along with the extra deep sink. Love the open floor plan. The big shower and heated floors are nice in the upstairs bathroom. We slept so well in the comfy beds. Everything about the renovation was well thought out to make your stay a wonderful one.

Open and airy. Bright and sparkling clean. Fully furnished and stocked with every amenity a vacationer would ever need. Fantastic location. Easy access to all essentials and to any Cape attraction that anyone in your group might be interested in.
If you might be wondering if you need to pack something (kitchen gadget, utensil, etc), then assume its there already. No matter what type of vacationer you have in your group: adventurer, leisure lover, shopper, or golfer - its all available to you at this centrally located spot.
