This property rates in the top 5% of homes and is a delightful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the Cape. Its convenient location is private, quiet, and downright peaceful yet its close to Orleans, to four bay beaches, and less than a mile to the bike trail!
The crushed shell drive and sea of lavender welcome you to this guest favorite which easily houses six people with its renovated open floor plan. Family friendly with a well stocked kitchen, LR, DR, BR, full bath (with tub), and laundry - all on the 1st Floor. Two more bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Lower level FR with TV, couch, game table, and trundle bed. Helpful 3-ring info binder, instructions around the house, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. are thoughtfully offered. Outdoor amenities include: a spacious wraparound deck with retractable awning, outdoor shower, gas grill, and yard which all add to the spectacular views of the salt marsh and sunsets. Excited to return this summer!

Beautiful, clean and well maintained home with the perfect Cape location. Quiet street but close drive to shops, restaurants, beaches and bike trail. Our family enjoyed the backyard deck with awning and the tranquil marsh view and lovely landscape yard. Perfect vacation home, would highly recommend.

What a perfect vacation spot this was for the two of us! The location was great for exploring the Cape but also very convenient to bay and ocean beaches, the Cape Rail Trail, grocery stores, and terrific eateries. We loved that, while handy to so many amenities, the house itself is very quiet, private, and peaceful with a gorgeous view of the marsh and sunsets. We could go for long walks without getting in the car or going on busy roads. The house is clean and most attractively and comfortably furnished and we enjoyed just being there on the days we stayed put. Instructions around the house and a binder of information on the area were most helpful, not to mention the ample supply of books, puzzles & games. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and look forward to a return trip!

This house and its location are exquisite! We've stayed in many places in Eastham, and this is by far the nicest. Where to start? The mounds of lavender in front that delight the senses, a beautifully decorated and uncluttered home, very well-stocked kitchen, plenty of beach chairs and towels, new showers indoors and a wonderful outdoor showers (don't miss it!), and the lovely deck out back with a magical view of the marsh. We enjoyed every moment and were sad to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beths house. Everything was exactly like in the pictures, if not better. The house was so bring, clean and super comfortable. Loved the lavender and butterflies outside and the outside deck. Mosquitoes were really not an issue. The instructions all over the house were so helpful. My boys loved the basement to watch movies until late. Beth allowed us to bring our golden and he loved it there too! Lots of great places to walk to that are dog friendly and just beautiful private beaches- rock harbor beach and boat meadow were lovely and just a quick run/ walk away. Thank you to the wonderful host.

Just finished a week long stay with a family of 5 plus au pair and our puppy. The house was pretty much home as soon as we walked in. Beautiful curb appeal from the crushed shell driveway, lavender plants and west-facing backyard over marshlands. Location was perfect for us...close to Eastham (First Encounter) and Orleans (Rock Harbor & Skaket) bayside beaches. Less than a mile from the bike trail. Easy drive to Orleans and Eastham for food, shopping, etc. The house was great and the little touches such as notes left around the house made it so easy to figure everything out. House was outfitted with pretty much everything one could need for a Cape vacation. There was even a finished basement with a couch and a trundle bed that I dont recall being mentioned in the listing. Thanks to Beth for helping to make our summer-ending family vacay an A+. Kudos!!
