This adorable 2 bedroom cottage in Brewster is the perfect location for a small family or couple coming to enjoy the simple pleasures of summer on the Cape. You will have everything you need within a mile - 3 local markets, 2 ice creameries, bike trail and 2 bike rental shops, and 4 beautiful bay beaches to choose from. Walk to the Brewster Scoop for hand-scooped ice cream and stop by the Brewster General Store for penny candy and unique trinkets, or stroll to the Woodshed for a drink with the locals and great live music. Travel down Route 6A in either direction and you will find all sorts of unique spots! The shops at Lemon Tree Village are only 5 minutes away, and there are many great local restaurants within a 10 minute drive or less.
When you step inside the cottage you will feel instantly at home! Lovingly restored, it features original hardwood floors and a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. You can watch all the local bird life at the feeders outside the kitchen window while you're making dinner! The home is comfortable and suited to all of your vacation needs, complete with washer and dryer on the main level, AC and cable TV.
Outside, there is also a brand new outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach and outdoor dining for 4. Set some steaks on the grill and enjoy the salty, fresh air. The 3 season porch is also a great spot to sit back and relax out of the sun. Don't forget to head down to the beach for sunset - the bay boasts spectacular sunsets that you won't want to miss!

Location at its best! This lovely home has so much to offer both inside and out. You are less than a 10 minute drive to some of Brewsters best bay side beaches and finest restaurants. You can access the bike trail in only 3 minutes down the road. The home is so comfortable and inviting with all the amenities you could ask for. It was so quiet at night you could hear a pin drop! We would highly recommend this home and cant wait to go back next year!

Fantastic screened-in porch perfect for reading on rainy days. Within walking distance (~5 min.) of a small general store with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and basic groceries. The walk to the beach does include some roads with no sidewalks, and traffic can be busy in peak season. The house was very clean! The bedrooms include comforters, so no need to bring/order extra blankets in summer. We loved our stay and would recommend this place to others!

The cottage was nicely restored and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was completely updated and easy to work in. We also appreciated the AC because it can get quite hot during the day. Also the outdoor shower was great and also kept the beach sand outside.

The cottage was perfect. We loved it. Perfect size, clean and we loved to sit on the porch in the morning to enjoy our coffee. I loved the fact that there was a washer and dryer in the house, it made our stay very easy. Everything was great! I highly recommend this place.
