This home sleeps 6 people comfortably, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each room has its own view to wake up to every morning of the ocean, one of which has access to the second level deck.  

Almost anywhere in this home has a view of the ocean. The heart of the home is in the kitchen and living area that leads to the upper level deck, with a grill perfect for a cookout after a day well spent at the beach. Speaking of the beach, no need to worry about getting a parking spot when it’s right in your backyard! Enjoy with ease beaching it everyday from the private path in the backyard. From Priscilla's you can also easily walk in about 10 minutes along the cove and over the dune to the beautiful North side of Nauset Beach. Or if you prefer to drive to Nauset Beach, it's just a 5 minute ride, or cruise through town to the bay side to Rock Harbor or Skaket Beaches. 

The location of this property is not only exceptional for its scenic views, but it’s also just a short drive away from the center of town! This home is perfect for those looking to escape to the Cape while being in a central location for fun activities with the family!

***We welcome approved low-impact DOGS  - TENANT must reach out to Nauset Rental with dog details for approval either before making reservation or within 48 hours of submitting online reservation. We will need to know the following information:

*Any shedding? 
*Any issues with accidents - urination or throwing up? 
*Any issues with chewing furnishings? 
*Barking while unattended or while attended? 
*Does your dog receive flea and tick preventative?
*Are you confident you can leave property with no sign of your dog when you check out?

*Typically renters bring their own sheets, towels etc. That said, there are some great local companies we can refer you to that have rental linens available that can be delivered to the home for an additional fee.*
