Shawn joined the Nauset Rental team in the summer of 2025, bringing years of hands-on operational experience from his time running a non-profit summer camp on Cape Cod. A Massachusetts native, Shawn’s background in hospitality and facilities management translates seamlessly into his work supporting homeowners and guests across the Cape. As an Operations Specialist, he helps coordinate property maintenance, guest communications, and day-to-day logistics to ensure each rental experience runs smoothly. He takes pride in delivering responsive service and building strong relationships with both clients and local vendors. In his free time, Shawn enjoys fishing, hiking, and exploring Cape Cod and the South Shore with his wife and their dog, Roxy.
