Dan brings a well-rounded background in real estate sales, asset management, property management, and vacation rental strategy. At Nauset Rental, he works closely with homeowners to help position their properties for success through thoughtful onboarding, revenue strategy, marketing, and a strong understanding of what today’s guests are looking for.

Before joining Nauset Rental, Dan managed residential, vacation, and commercial assets, oversaw leasing and operations for Class A multifamily communities, and spent years advising buyers, sellers, and investors as a licensed Realtor. That experience allows him to approach each property from both an owner’s perspective and an operator’s perspective, balancing revenue performance, presentation, and long-term client relationships.

Dan is passionate about helping homeowners maximize the potential of their properties while delivering a high-quality guest experience. When he’s not working with owners or scouting the next opportunity, you’ll find him spending time with his wife and children, staying active, boating, or planning future family travels.
