Located in a well-established, safe neighborhood on quiet Gibson Road, off Tonset Road, in East Orleans minutes from the Town Center, Nauset Beach, and Skaket Beach. Walking/running trail extends for miles between the home and low/mid tide. A public boating ramp 100 yards away at Asa's Landing leads to Nauset Harbor Estuary and the Atlantic Ocean. Orleans is lined with quaint shops, excellent restaurants, and multiple food market options for children and adults.

This one-story home is infused with original art offering an overall effect that registers as warm, welcoming and joyous. The home accommodates large or extended families with sleeping for 8-10 people. Two of the bedrooms have a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bunk bed, and a twin bed with a trundle. There’s also a pull-out sofa with a full-size mattress in the living room. Ductless mini-split A/C units will keep the house cool if the water breezes aren’t enough.

Catch the sunrise at Nauset Beach 3 miles away and bring the boogie board to ride some fun waves. Or 3.5 miles away on the bayside brings you to Skaket Beach, one of Cape Cod’s #1 rated family beaches. The water is calmer, and the sand flats make for perfect walking at low tide, when you can see the oyster farms. 

This gorgeous and rare waterfront setting on beautiful Town Cove in East Orleans is the perfect quiet retreat to relax and get away from it all. Kayak or Sail across the cove and wander around quaint downtown Orleans, walk the marsh trail around Town Cove at low tide, or head to Nauset or Skaket Beach for the day, both equidistant from the house and a very quick drive. At the end of the day, relax in the sunroom or out on the back patio and take in the magic of the setting sun. A truly peaceful getaway, low-impact dogs welcome!

*Any issues with accidents - urination or throwing up?
*Any issues with chewing furnishings?
*Barking while unattended or while attended?
*Does your dog receive flea and tick preventative?
*Are you confident you can leave property with no sign of your dog when you check out?
*Do you accept full responsibility for the behavior and impact of dogs in your group during your stay? 


Guest Interaction
Nauset Rental will provide you with your check in instructions prior to your arrival. You will be provided with a key code so that you can go directly to the house upon check in time. We will be available during your stay should anything come up.
