Seashore Getaway is a well-appointed classic Cape home that has been renovated to include a new fully enclosed outdoor shower and deck for optimal outdoor living. This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath house sits very privately on a quiet cul-de-sac. Yet it is in prime location and close to all the main entertainment, restaurants and beaches Eastham and the surrounding Cape Cod towns have to offer. 

As you enter the front door you walk into the common area and living room that features a large sofa, coffee table and a 50 Inch Flat screen smart TV and entertainment area. Just beyond is a well-equipped kitchen and peninsula with seating for three that receives the most beautiful natural light all day long. This common area is the perfect escape after a long day in the sun and to cool off in the central AC. Just off the common area to your left you will have access to the spacious backyard, outdoor shower and new wrap aroud deck. The new deck will offer an area for outdoor dining consisting of an outdoor table with two long benches and two chairs at either end and an outdoor sofa and chair layout. So your whole rental party can grill and enjoy the outdoors. Off the common area to the right you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom with tiled tub/shower combo. Bedroom one on the first floor has a Queen bed and a 32 inch Smart TV with a spacious closet. The second bedroom on the first floor has two twin beds and closet. The second floor includes a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom on the second floor is the primary bedroom with a king bed that includes a closet and full dresser. The primary bedroom also has a desk area for working if needed and a full length mirror. The second bedroom on the second floor is beautifully decorated to accommodate a queen bed, full dresser and sitting area. Both rooms on the second floor receive tons of natural light at all points in the day.

The property is located 2 miles from Nauset Light Beach & National Seashore. 3 miles to Coast Guard Beach and 5 minutes to Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path.

Coast Guard Beach is a prime swimming beach during the summer season. From mid-June to Labor Day, the parking area at this location is restricted to Eastham residents and vehicles displaying handicap placards. The primary parking area for this beach is at Little Creek, located a short distance west of the beach, where a shuttle picks up passengers for the short ride to the beach. There are seasonal restrooms and a wheelchair-accessible ramp way to the beach.

Nauset Light Beach consists of a broad, sandy beach that is contained by a steep glacial scarp behind it. During winter months, the beach profile is considerably lowered, sometimes exposing features such as the brick foundation of one of the earlier Three Sisters lighthouses. The Three Sisters lighthouses are now positioned on the bluff that's just a short walk from the beach parking lot. The beach owes its name to Nauset Light, a prominent landmark on the property. The Nauset Light Preservation Society offers tours from late spring to early fall. The historic French Cable Hut sits on the northern edge of the parking lot.
