Opening the front door, you are met with a bright and inviting open concept living and dining room. The dining room, with seating for eight, seamlessly connects to the newly renovated kitchen. The space boasts granite countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances. Through the sliding door, you'll discover access to the expansive back deck, complete with a gas grill for your barbecuing pleasures, with a spacious grassy yard, and a fully enclosed outdoor shower. Moving from the kitchen towards garage, you find the conveniently located washer and dryer. Beyond that in the garage is a ping pong table to keep the family entertained with some friendly competition! The living space continues into the fully finished basement, complete with a sectional sofa, 50" TV, bar seating, and a full bathroom. Ample space abounds here, allowing the whole family to spread out and savor time well spent on a relaxing summer vacation. 

Eastham is the ideal setting to explore all that the Outer Cape has to offer. There are endless options for swimming, kayaking or fishing. Come and watch a legendary sunset over Cape Cod Bay. Catch a performance at the Windmill Green & Bandstand. Savor a number of restaurants along Route 6, like the Local Break, Fairway Restaurant, or the Red Barn. Spend the day exploring the quaint downtown areas of nearby Orleans, Wellfleet, and Provincetown. Guest Interaction
Nauset Rental will provide you with your check in instructions prior to your arrival. You will be provided with a key code so that you can go directly to the house upon check in time. We will be available during your stay should anything come up.
