This wonderfully renovated large home is perfectly situated between the Atlantic Ocean for inspiring sunrises and surf and Cape Cod Bay for endless tidal flats and magnificent sunsets. It is a short drive from many of Eastham's best resturants. Location is everything with this rental!

The new kitchen is large and open with plenty of space to gather around the island or peninsula to prepare a meal or chat about the day’s adventures. The dining room is tucked away in a space reminiscent of a fine restaurant. The bedrooms are split between the first and second floors. First floor features 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed. On the second floor the primary bedroom has a king size bed and for that sleepaway camp experience, there is a bunk room with 4 twin beds bunk style with trundles. Full bathrooms on each floor with step-in showers.

Outside, there are seating areas for dining, relaxing or telling fish stories around the fire pit. The large flat front yard is perfect for classic games of croquet, corn hole, etc. Additionally there is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand and salt.

A surprise area for the kids (or kids at heart) is the bonus room located over the garage complete with a full size air hockey table as well as ample seating and television for a rainy day movie or relaxing with a good book.
