If pond life is more enticing to you, Duck Pond is truly one of nature’s swimming pools and is just a short walk away through a trail behind the home. Scrumptious food like French pastries at PB Boulangerie and local seafood at Mac’s Shack & PJ’s Family Restaurant are all within reach of this cozy Cape Cod home. BBQ dinners on the gas grill always taste better when eaten outside and 8 of your family members can do just that at the wooden dining table situated on the wrap-around deck! After dinner enjoy a glass of wine on the deck in comfy adirondack chairs or cozy up to a fire in the fire pit & watch the resident fireflies dance in the nearby treeline. But if being outside during warm Cape Cod evenings isn’t your cup of tea, air conditioning throughout the home will provide you plenty of cool air to relax in. The second floor bathroom boasts shower/bathtub combo making it easy to rinse the little ones off after a day at the beach. And for those in the group that don’t want to wait in line to shower inside, a newly installed outdoor shower is your solution.

**We welcome approved low-impact DOGS  - TENANT must reach out to Nauset Rental with dog details for approval either before making reservation or within 48 hours of submitting online reservation**

We will need to know the following information regarding your dog:
Any shedding?
Any issues with accidents - urination or throwing up?
Any issues with chewing furnishings?
Barking while unattended or while attended?
Are you confident you can leave property with no sign of your dog when you check out?
Do you accept full responsibility for the behavior and impact of dogs in your group during your stay?
