Charming Eastham property with pleasant views of Town Cove and deeded water access just steps away. 2 kayaks included with the rental for paddling to Salt Pond, Nauset Marsh and Coast Guard Beach. Permit available from the Town of Eastham for shellfishing. Great location only a 3 minute drive to Fort Hill, 5 minutes to National Seashore Visitors Center and 9 minutes to First Encounter Beach. Well-behaved dogs considered!

The property is comprised of two dwellings, both with central AC: a single-level main house and loft apartment, offering privacy for groups and families traveling together. The main house features two full bathrooms, two bedrooms and a beautiful open living space with picture windows overlooking the backyard and Town Cove. French doors open onto the spacious and newly refinished back deck with umbrellaed dining table and gas grill. Surrounding trees offer shade and privacy, and you will enjoy very pleasant breezes from the water! The path to access Town Cove is just a quick walk through the backyard. 

The loft apartment is a large and sunny space with ensuite full bath and private deck with outdoor seating to enjoy a book and morning coffee. A very tranquil spot to unwind and listen to the sounds of nature! The loft also has a small kitchenette area with mini fridge and sink. The garage area below the loft is available for your use and will have basic beach gear for your convenience. 

This place is a truly tranquil setting to relax and unwind from the day-to-day. Launch your kayaks for a peaceful morning paddle on Town Cove, rinse off in the outdoor shower (fully enclosed with hot and cold water) after a day at the beach, and enjoy meals out on the deck with the cool breezes. Linens (sheets and towels) are included and the property has a new washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped for meals at home, and nearby restaurants are plentiful if you wish to venture out. Downtown Orleans is 5 minutes away by car and Wellfleet center is about 20 minutes to the north.

***We welcome approved low-impact DOGS  - TENANT must reach out to Nauset Rental with dog details for approval either before making reservation or within 48 hours of submitting online reservation. We will need to know the following information:
*Any shedding?
*Any issues with accidents - urination or throwing up?
*Any issues with chewing furnishings?
*Barking while unattended or while attended?
*Does your dog receive flea and tick preventative?
*Are you confident you can leave property with no sign of your dog when you check out?
*Do you accept full responsibility for the behavior and impact of dogs in your group during your stay?
