Not to mention an additional dining space for 6 in the enclosed three-season room with a colorful table as the perfect spot for lunch, bird watching & some early evening cocktails. The oversized kitchen in this home is a cooking enthusiast's DREAM. All brand new stainless steel appliances make it easy and convenient to make a family meal. For the grill primary in your family, the home is equipped with a large gas grill for endless burgers & hotdogs. Now, let’s talk coffee! Keurig & drip coffee stations are at your fingertips in this amazing kitchen to get your busy Summer morning off to a great start. The large living room sectional is perfect for the entire family to watch their favorite Summer classic. “Jaws” on the large flat screen tv makes for a perfect night after a long day on the beach! There are two bedrooms on the 1st floor. One with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, one with 2 bunks beds (Twin over full) also with an en-suite bathroom. 

The upper level in this home is amazing. Talk about views! Whether you are sitting at the dining table for 4, or you are cozying up on the oversized couch watching a beautiful fire burn in the gas fireplace, the view from this room will take your breath away. A couple of steps out of the glass slider, a large deck invites you to soak up some sunshine on one of the lounge chairs. Two opposing bedrooms on this level boast king beds & full bathrooms. One of which has dual sinks, a glass enclosed shower and a raised pedestal bathtub with a view like none other. A second deck on the upper level can be found off one of the bedrooms & offers up the perfect spot to take in a picturesque sunset. And finally, like a cherry on top of a sundae, a spiral staircase takes you to the top of the home where you will find a small sitting room & personal deck with stunning views of Cape Cod Bay.

*Barking while unattended or while attended?
*Does your dog receive flea and tick preventative?
*Are you confident you can leave property with no sign of your dog when you check out?
*Do you accept full responsibility for the behavior and impact of dogs in your group during your stay?
