One minute walk to bay beach -  there is a short path to the water just steps from the home. Walk the beach to town in about 30 minutes, or take the shuttle, which stops at the entrance to the Beach Point condo association. Beach Point is a laid-back, friendly neighborhood of summer homes, many of which have been passed down among families for generations. Very quiet and charming - a quintessential summer community! Parking for 2 cars included with the rental. 

Enjoy bay breezes and beautiful views from the primary bedroom and private deck, and dinners outside on the patio. Read a book on the sunny three-season porch, or search for seaglass on the beach. Gather around the large flat screen TV in the living room or play a game of cards. This beautiful seaside home offers a tranquil oasis to relax and get away from it all. 

The gourmet kitchen is perfect for anyone who loves to cook, and features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including gas range, dishwasher and wine cooler. An abundance of small appliances and other cooking trinkets are also available for you to enjoy. The beautiful marble island is perfect for a bite of breakfast, and the large dining table can comfortable seat 8 for more formal meals. There is also outdoor dining with umbrella and gas grill on the patio, which can be accessed directly from a door off of the kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with stacked washer and dryer and a full bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. The rainhead shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach. 

Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms and another full bath with tub/shower combo and nice shower head. All of these bedrooms have new window AC units for summer and ceiling fans, as well as new furnishings and bedding. The primary bedroom offers views of the bay and a private deck with seating. Fall to sleep with the sounds of the sea and enjoy comfortable new bedding! 

A vacation in this beautiful home will leave you feeling refreshed and revived. The location is perfect for anyone looking to spend days at the beach, as it is just steps from the home! Commercial St., Race Point, Herring Cove and other points of interest are just a short drive.

Barking while unattended or while attended?
Is your dog up-to-date on flea and tick medication?
Are you confident you can leave property with no sign of your dog when you check out?
Do you accept full responsibility for the behavior and impact of dogs in your group during your stay?
