This home is the perfect location for your family to enjoy a vacation full of sun, sand and water! Within walking distance to Priscilla’s Beach and a short drive away from some of the Cape’s most popular eateries, you will never be bored while you vacation at this centrally located home. Burgers at The Knack, golden fried scallops at Cookes Seafood or velvety ice cream from The Local Scoop are all at your fingertips. All you have to do is decide where to go first! 

This home offers an amazing outdoor area featuring a large in-ground, heated pool that is surrounded by a large patio area featuring relaxing lounge chairs. A fully equipped pool house features a bar, bar sink & a half bathroom making it easy to enjoy a day soaking up the sun by the pool. Enjoy family time on the back deck grilling, eating & toasting marshmallows over the fire pit for gooey s’mores under the stars. 

This expansive home has two floors of living space allowing for the whole family to spread out. The first floor offers an open living, dining and kitchen area with clean and modern finishes. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities including stainless steel appliances & a breakfast bar featuring seating for five. The open living room area makes it very easy to enjoy all the family time together while enjoying a movie, playing a board game or cooking a meal for the family. Want a little more privacy, a small den off the main living room is the perfect area to relax with an afternoon read. Need to get some work done, use the private office space featuring a large desk. 

With sleeping arrangements on two stories, this home comfortably sleeps twelve people.  A primary suite on the first floor boasts a queen size bed & ensuite bathroom featuring dual sinks and a large stand-in shower. The Second floor offers four additional bedrooms. An additional primary bedroom that leads out to a private patio with views of the beach. This room is equipped with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks & a stand up shower. Two additional bedrooms on the upper floor feature queen size beds and ample closet space. If you are lucky enough, you may end up residing in the bedroom with the stationary Peloton bike. Every day is a good day when you start it off with a brisk bike ride! A fourth bedroom in the home features one queen size bed & two twin beds, a layout PERFECT for the kids in your group. A full bathroom also located on the second floor includes a shower/ bathtub combo.

**We welcome approved low-impact DOGS  - TENANT must reach out to Nauset Rental with dog details for approval either before making reservation or within 48 hours of submitting online reservation**

We will need to know the following information regarding your dog:
Any shedding?
Any issues with accidents - urination or throwing up?
Any issues with chewing furnishings?
Barking while unattended or while attended?
Are you confident you can leave property with no sign of your dog when you check out?
Do you accept full responsibility for the behavior and impact of dogs in your group during your stay?
