Just drop your bags and you'll playing in the sand or the bay in just a few minutes (0.3 miles from Kingsbury Beach, 5 minute walk). Cape Cod Bay is a haven for children of all ages, and Kingsbury Beach is a short quarter mile from the house. With calm waters and huge tidal flats, it is the perfect place for exploring the flats for various sealife, swimming in tidal pools, beach wiffle ball, kite flying, and of course, relaxing. Load up the included beach wagon and and enjoy the easy walk to the beach. Don't forget to head back down in the evening for those iconic Cape sunsets!

The interior of this home is tastefully decorated for the seaside with beautiful furnishings and artwork. Newly installed central A/C will keep you cool. Meals can be had in the 3 season porch which will be sunny in the morning and filled with cool breezes in the evening or outside on the deck picnic table. If you can tear yourself away from the beautiful bay, this home is just a few minutes drive to the ocean side with Nauset Light and Coast Guard beaches for surfing.
