Amazing location- walk right to downtown harwichport. The yard of the house is perfect to enjoy your stay at. Would definitely rent again!!

My and my sister's family really enjoyed our stay here last week. As noted in the description and pictures, the layout is particularly nice for renters looking for space to spread out/share with another family. We appreciated the updated kitchen and bathrooms, the ability to control AC in each bedroom, and the overall cleanliness. Paula let us know in advance that there aren't bathrooms on the 2nd floor, which worked fine for our group. She was immediately responsive whenever I reached out. And as others have noted, the porch is wonderful. The neighboring house opposite the porch is undergoing a remodel, but it was quiet after our first weekday (their final work day for the summer), and there's a well-placed tree & shrub between them to shield most of the view. Walkable to the beach and main stretch of HPort. We all wanted to stay on longer!

We enjoyed our Cape Cod visit very much. It was our first time there. The house is lovely and easily accommodated the 12 of us. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch where we could sit in the mornings and evenings talking and enjoying each others company. My only complaint is that there was only a two slice toaster which really isn't big enough for 12 people, plus you had to toast everything twice to get it toasted. There should be a six slice toaster/toaster oven. It would make a big difference. Also, the house could use a few new pillows. Other than that I would highly recommend staying there and Paula was always ready to answer any questions. Hopefully we will get the chance to do it again sometime.

This Vrbo was perfect for our group of 13! We were 3 families total that stayed together and had 6 adults and 7 children between us. The house was very spacious with plenty of areas for everyone to hang out in one spot or spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with enough dishes and utensils and everything else we needed to use during our week long stay. The house also has a private outdoor shower that was convenient for when we get home each day from the beach. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes or so which wasn’t bad at all. There is also beach items such as chairs, boogie boards and floats available which the kids loved using. We also loved the screened in porch area for morning coffee or evening cocktails and chatting. All in all it was a fabulous vacation with friends in a perfect central location! Highly recommend booking here for a memorable stay in Cape Cod. Thank you, Paula!

Lovely neighborhood. House is old but very comfortable. We managed with both bathrooms on the first floor. Outdoor shower is very convenient; especially, coming back from the beach. The porch is the absolute best feature of the house. Spent many pleasant mornings watching the birds at the feeder and the rabbits in the yard. The host, Paula was very responsive to all my questions.

Our group had a fantastic experience here. The host was extremely responsive and even gave us a later check out time. The property is walkable to downtown and the beach, and easy drive into Chatham. Perfect for the wedding we had in Chatham.

My extended family had a great experience, we were all in town for a wedding. The house is a fantastic place to all gather, especially on the screened in porch. Yet we still had some 'separateness' because of the layout of the bedrooms. Paula thanks for making our stay so easy.

My family had a nice stay at the house. It is extremely close to town. The street itself is very quiet. It’s walkable to Bank Street Beach which is one of the best beaches in the lower Cape. The house itself is a good size. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch which has comfortable lounge furniture. Communication with host was very good. My messages were returned almost immediately. Thanks for a nice vacation

We stayed here for a weekend with friends, the location couldn’t have been better! We walked to Harwich center each night and spent our days at the house in the nice quiet yard and in the screened in porch. The neighborhood is quiet and very pretty. We already want to come back!

really enjoyed a weekend with girlfriends at 38 cross st. location is on a quiet beautiful street just a short walk to the beach shops and dining! ideal location for a weekend in harwich. house has a great screened in porch where we spent a lot of our time when in the home. would recommend.

Visited for a weekend in June with friends and had a great stay! The screened porch is perfect and the best place to relax, and there were plenty of rooms for friends. Loved the proximity to town and the beach - would recommend to anybody looking for a Cape getaway!

I stayed here with 3 other couples for a wedding at wychmere and it was the perfect house! Plenty of beds, clean, AC units and responsive host. Close to venue and super close to town!! Would highly recommend

My group of 11 stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and the property could not have been more perfect. It is a close walk to town and close to local beaches. There is more than enough room for a large group and Paula was very accommodating with early check in and late check out. Huge yard for games which includes a badminton net! We will definitely be back.
