Beautiful newly furnished and completely gut renovated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath on the bayside in Eastham. Everything in the house is brand new! 2 minute walk to the beach and a gorgeous new saltwater pool! Well-behaved dogs are welcome! Ideal private location just north of Campground Beach and about 1.5 miles from Rt. 6. No highway noise - just the peaceful sounds of the bay here! Points of interest such as National Seashore, Coast Guard Beach, Sam's Deli and more are approximately 10 minutes away by car. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is about 2 miles away for exploring the Outer Cape on bikes!
The interior is sparkling new with fresh paint, hardwood floors, all brand new appliances and fixtures, and central AC throughout. The main level features a half bath, two bedrooms with ensuite full baths and a spacious living/dining area and kitchen. Walk out onto the patio and enjoy outdoor dinners with bay breezes. The lower level features a large living area and two more bedrooms with ensuite full baths, plus a laundry area with brand new washer and dryer. Walk out from this level into the backyard and take a dip in the beautiful new saltwater pool or rinse off in the outdoor shower.
This home has been designed to be the ultimate beach house - just steps from the beach and fully outfitted with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation on the Cape.
*Please note, the pool is open Memorial Day weekend through end of September. It is saltwater and not heated.*

We will need to know the following information regarding your dog:
Any shedding?
Any issues with accidents - urination or throwing up?
Any issues with chewing furnishings?
Barking while unattended or while attended?
Are you confident you can leave property with no sign of your dog when you check out?
Do you accept full responsibility for the behavior and impact of dogs in your group during your stay?

We stayed at the SummerSweet rental in Eastham and it accommodated our family perfectly! The layout and cleanliness of the house was so welcoming. Plenty of rooms/ areas to relax and play games and enjoy our time. Loved being so close to the beach! We would definitely stay there again!

We've been going to the Cape every summer for years and this by far was our favorite rental. It's been beautifully remodeled and has everything you need. The pool and yard are fabulous and it was so nice to be able to walk to a bay beach.

Anyone who rents this home will not be disappointed. The home offers the perfect set up for adults and older children - separation. Having both the pool and beach at your fingertips was awesome. The fact that I was able to bring our family dog (third child) on vacation with us was the icing on the cake. The house is beautiful, the pool is awesome, the central air is a must and having the fenced in yard was nice for our dog.
