Nauset Heights Classic! 4 bedrooms, 2 bath with outdoor shower next to beach stairs. Quintessential Cape Cod - cozy, comfortable and a stone's throw from gorgeous inland waterways, world-renowned Nauset Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. A/C units in each bedroom and a main unit downstairs!

***Available full weeks only (Saturday to Saturday) in July and August; Late June / Early September.

We do take less than 7 day rentals outside of July and August but our preference is for full weeks Saturday to Saturday. We typically hold out for full weeks in June/Sept till about 45 days out. We will sometimes book weekends earlier for an increased rate. Feel free to reach out and we can discuss and see if there is a mutual fit!

 
**Dog considered - will need to know breed info, shedding history, housebroken rules etc., Extra fees apply**
No cats unfortunately.

***We welcome approved low-impact DOGS  - TENANT must reach out to Nauset Rental with dog details for approval either before making reservation or within 48 hours of submitting online reservation. We will need to know the following information:

• Any shedding?
• Any issues with accidents - urination or throwing up?
• Any issues with chewing furnishings?
• Barking while unattended or while attended?
• Are you confident you can leave property with no sign of your dog when you check out?
• Do you accept full responsibility for the behavior and impact of dogs in your group during your stay? 

 
Guest Access: Whole home
 
Interaction with Guests: As much or little as guests like. I do provide complete insider guide to neighborhood and area.
 
The Neighborhood: Close to beach and inland waterways. Secluded private roads for walking. Town has more modern conveniences than most on outer cape.

*Walk to beach (you are authorized to use Nauset Heights Association stairs as guests. 
 *Also Priscilla beach is nice and on “inland water” side. You can walk all the way around the seashore here in both directions (its public property and part of National Seashore), going out towards ocean along shore leads you back to the Nauset Heights Association steps. Parking in dirt parking area is public. Just don’t try to drive your car out onto beach (you will get stuck without 4wd and air tires down).  

* The "Cape cod rail trail” bike path (you can rent at many points along path - including right in town in Orleans and you can park at mid-cape home center right there). If you go north from Orleans etc. there is a great bakery/bistro called PB Boulangerie in Wellfleet at the end of the bike path. 

*explore national seashore - many walks etc. headquarters in Eastham (one town north of Orleans)
*explore Chatham (lighthouse, main street, fish pier)
*explore Wellfleet - cute town, lots of galleries, good food.
*explore Provincetown - lots of fun. very artsy/bohemian. 

In Orleans specifically:
*Nauset Beach / Skaket Beach (of course) 
*Find and walk conservation area trails
