Welcome to Cook's Brook Cottage! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Eastham is the ideal vacation home for beach lovers. A five minute walk down a quiet street takes you to Cook's Brook Beach on Cape Cod Bay, known locally for its captivating sunsets. Not only is the home in a dreamy location, but it was completely remodeled in 2023. Every square inch of the home was maximized, and it was transformed into a stylish and contemporary haven! The spaces are elegant, bright, and up to date. The combination of the proximity to the beach, paired with the luxury of the space makes Cook's Brook Cottage difficult to compare.
Walking through the front door, you enter the living room. The rooms boasts cathedral ceilings, a new gas fireplace, and gorgeous wooden beams. There is comfortable, sophisticated furnishings and a 43 inch flat screen smart TV. The living rooms flows into the kitchen, where there is seating for two at the counter, perfect for a romantic breakfast. The bright white room has a beautiful deep blue tile backsplash, and modern appliances. Off of the kitchen, you find a sun porch that is utilized as a dining room. The table is extendable so the whole family can gather around. Outside, there is a fenced in yard and a sizeable deck with a gas grill, outdoor dining table, adirondak chairs, and two large tilting umbrellas for shade. Another fantastic outdoor amenity is the completely enclosed outdoor shower, which is a wonderful place to rinse away the sand after a long day at the beach!
The first bedroom has two twin beds, and they can be combined to make a King to suite your needs. Continue down the hall to a second bedroom, which has a queen bed. Both rooms offer a dresser and a closet for your storage needs. The first bathroom serves these rooms, and has a stand up shower with a glass door. Continuing further through the home, you find a stackable washer and dryer on your left, and an office nook for remote work on your right. At the end of the hall, the lovely primary bedroom with an inviting king size bed reveals itself. The room has vaulted ceilings with a built in fan, as well as a private ensuite bathroom. Cook's Brook Cottage is a wonderful clean space to spend a vacation.

The beaches are always the main attraction, but Eastham has so much to offer...come and check out the beautiful Cape Cod National Seashore, which is described on their website as "Forty miles of pristine sandy beach, marshes, ponds, and uplands support diverse species. Lighthouses, cultural landscapes, and wild cranberry bogs offer a glimpse of Cape Cod's past and continuing ways of life. Swimming beaches and walking and biking trails beckon today's visitors." I enjoyed a perfect long weekend in early October at Cook's Brook Cottage - one of the nicest homes I have stayed at on the Cape. The location in Eastham is ideal- close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for great biking; a short walk to the West-facing Cooks Brook Beach for sundowners and peaceful morning beach walks; and reasonably close to Ptown for great restaurants, culture and nightlife!
The Cottage itself is both comfortable and tastefully decorated with a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy sitting room with a fireplace and three private bedrooms. I slept so soundly! There are plenty of nooks both inside and out to give everyone space to spread out. There is even a little WFH office off of the master suite. The owners have included many thoughtful touches above and beyond what you might find in a typical Cape Cod rental. Most definitely will make this my base on my next visit to the Cape and can highly recommend it.

My husband and I got a chance to stay at Cook's Brook Cottage this weekend for 2 nights for a quick weekend away. The house is amazing, much nicer than other cape rentals we have done in the past. The owners must have just done a complete renovation because the place is so clean and new. The living area is very comfortable and the gas fireplace is a cozy addition. We cooked dinner both nights - the kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need. I am picky about beds and bedding and I slept amazing. It was cold (50s) when we were there so we did not sit outside on the deck, but it is huge and there is a table and chairs and a sitting area. The house is located near everything - we went for a walk on Race Point beach in Provincetown and also the beach at the end of the road (a 5 minute leisurely walk) to see the sunset. 100% would stay here again.
