Fully renovated in 2017, this stunning seaside home features all new appliances, upgraded electric and plumbing, and beautiful brand new, high end furnishings as of spring 2019. One minute walk to bay beach - there is a short path to the water just steps from the home. Walk the beach to town in about 30 minutes, or take the shuttle, which stops at the entrance to the Beach Point condo association. Beach Point is a laid-back, friendly neighborhood of summer homes, many of which have been passed down among families for generations. Very quiet and charming - a quintessential summer community! Parking for 2 cars included with the rental.
Enjoy bay breezes and beautiful views from the primary bedroom and private deck, and dinners outside on the patio. Read a book on the sunny three-season porch, or search for seaglass on the beach. Gather around the large flat screen TV in the living room or play a game of cards. This beautiful seaside home offers a tranquil oasis to relax and get away from it all.
The gourmet kitchen is perfect for anyone who loves to cook, and features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including gas range, dishwasher and wine cooler. An abundance of small appliances and other cooking trinkets are also available for you to enjoy. The beautiful marble island is perfect for a bite of breakfast, and the large dining table can comfortable seat 8 for more formal meals. There is also outdoor dining with umbrella and gas grill on the patio, which can be accessed directly from a door off of the kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with stacked washer and dryer and a full bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. The rainhead shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach.
Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms and another full bath with tub/shower combo and nice shower head. All of these bedrooms have new window AC units for summer and ceiling fans, as well as new furnishings and bedding. The primary bedroom offers views of the bay and a private deck with seating. Great house, clean and wonderfully appointed. Kitchen is beautiful and could use more cookware. The beds were comfortable and our party of 7 had enough space to spread out or hang together. Great response time from host. House in quiet area with nice neighbors. You will need to drive to Provincetown as walking takes an hour. Beach near house has lots of seaweed both on the sand and in the water. Great views from the beach. Quick car ride to P-town beaches, grocery store and dining options on route 6.

Our first time renting on the Cape and we lucked out. The house is exactly as described, newly renovated, gorgeous open kitchen, a very short walk to the bayside beach, a bit of a slog if you want to walk via the beach to P-town (but we did this on a miserably hot day). The house had everything we wanted and was absolutely clean and comfortably sized. We were thankful for the upstairs A/C in a heat wave. The kitchen was nicely outfitted. Plenty of sheets, blankets, and bath towels for our family of four and an additional family of three who visited us for a night. Also, one of the four upstairs bedrooms is set up as an office (with upscale fold-out sofa). This was a great set-up for us. The upstairs deck off the master was lovely for a nightcap. Otherwise there is no real backyard where you might, say, sit on a deck while the kids play the grill is in a side yard on the quiet road but you have the whole beach right there. So nice to be able to come and go instead of packing up for a whole beach day. We hope to be back highly recommend!

We spent a fantastic week in this house, just outside Ptown and almost directly on a beautiful beach. The house itself is comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, the decor is wonderful and the beds are so comfortable. It is in a friendly beach association neighborhood and about a 40 min walk on the beach to Ptown (or a 5 min drive). The owners have done such a good job with the renovation and have created the ideal Outer Cape experience. Thank you!
