With 3 bedrooms (1 is a loft), 1 full bath and a fully-enclosed outdoor shower, the home can comfortably accommodate 5 or 6 guests. There is full AC, mini-splits in the downstairs bedrooms and a mini split and ceiling fan in the living area.
The kitchen, which opens into the living area, features bar seating and all the essentials. New refrigerator and stove for 2019! The cozy living and dining area is decorated in the typical Cape Cod vernacular and features a flat screen TV with full cable package and on demand. A slider opens up onto the back deck, which offers plenty of seating and will have a gas grill.
The beautiful, private backyard backs up to preserved land. There is plenty of room for kids to run around on the lawn, and multiple seating areas around the yard to sit in the sun or shade. The neighborhood is quaint, quiet and very safe. You are only three doors down from Mill Pond access for kayaking or canoeing, and about a 5 minute walk to Priscilla Landing on the inlet or the beach path to Nauset at the end of Callanan's Pass.

This little house was perfect for our family of four! We loved walking to the pond/beach every day. The house is cozy but there was a place for everything with hooks, built-ins, and shelves. The outdoor shower was awesome too, and the grill was the nicest we've ever had at a rental. Nauset Heights is the place to beneighbors were super friendly, too.

A classic Cape Cod cottage in a great neighborhood. Has just the right updates to make your visit more enjoyable (new Weber grill, smooth-top electric stove, reliable Wi-Fi) without sacrificing charm. Private, quiet and spacious backyard (including outdoor shower), nicely landscaped and a short walk to Nauset Beach by either the Association steps or Callanan's Pass. Hope to return.
