Boasting three bedrooms and two and a half baths, this home accomodates up to eight people...perfect for a family getaway! A five minute drive from the property takes you to the heart of lively downtown Chatham, where you can stroll the various shops or dine out at an array of delightful restaurants. If you'd rather stay close to home, take the path at the end of the lane down to picturesque Oyster Pond and take a refreshing swim on a hot day.

Approaching the home from the driveway, a stone walkway guides you past a well manicured lawn and garden to the entrance of your home away from home. Open the door to a cozy living space with plenty of light spilling into the open concept living and dining area. The dining room flows seamlessly into the large kitchen, a dream for any home chef. It is stocked with all the amenities necessary to prepare a delicious meal on the gas range. If you prefer the outdoors, there is a grill on the large deck  at the rear of the home that was installed in 2022. The deck connects to an adorable three season porch and a sprawling green back yard. A large outdoor shower is available to rinse off after a day at the beach. 

You will absolutely love the central location of this home to all things Chatham. It is within ten minutes of so many amazing actvities. Watch the fishermen unload their catch at the Chatham Fish Pier, go for a walk on stunning Lighthouse Beach, or watch a minor league baseball game at Veteran's Field. Summer Breeze is the perfect vacation getaway to create lasting memories with friends and family.

The property is pet friendly for low impact dogs. There is no additional fee. We ask that you answer the following questions so that we have the information on file:

*Is he/she at least 1 year old?
*What breed is the dog and how many pounds?
*Any shedding? 
*Any issues with accidents - urination or throwing up? 
*Any issues with chewing furnishings? 
*Barking while unattended or while attended? 
*Does your dog receive flea and tick preventative?
*Are you confident you can leave property with no sign of your dog when you check out?
*Do you accept full responsibility for the behavior and impact of dogs in your group during your stay?
