Perfect for the larger family or 2 or more groups, the open concept is apparent from the moment you enter the home. A large country kitchen with island, walk-in pantry, farmhouse sink and granite countertops is perfect for preparing meals together or simply gathering to catch up on the day's adventures. There is a half-bath/laundry and entrance to the large, fenced-in back yard just off the kitchen.

There are 2 living spaces on the first floor as well. The living room is perfect for visiting or reading. The den has two couches, books, games, and a flat-screen TV for the unplanned rainy day movie or to catch a game. 

Bedroom 1 is on the first-floor and has a king bed, flat screen TV, dresser, and 2 closets. There is a large ensuite bathroom with both a tub and a large stand-up shower. This room also has private access to the side porch. Additionally, there is a gas stove for the occasional chilly evening.

On the second floor, there is a beautiful, traditional landing with hardwood floors.
Bedroom 2 on this level has a King bed, a private second-level deck with chairs to watch the sunset from, and a closet. 
Bedroom 3 has a Double bed, a large closet, a desk for remote working, and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo and double vanity.
Bedroom 4 - across the hall has two Twin beds, a dresser, and a large closet.
Bathroom 3 - has dual access from both bedroom #4 and the hallway, double sinks, and a large glass-enclosed shower.

In the hallway is a curved carpeted staircase that leads you to the fully finished loft on the third floor.
Bedroom 5 with a Queen bed in the common area and 2 separate bedrooms, one with a Double and one with a Twin. 

The yard is expansive and lends itself perfectly for all the traditional yard games or relaxing around the fire pit sharing fish stories. You'll spend lots of time at the huge marble-topped outdoor table - the perfect spot for casual dinners, games or playing cards. Mature trees provide ample shade but there is also plenty of sunshine on the property. Whether you choose to stay at home, spend days on Nauset Beach (or one of the other bodies of water nearby), visitng many of Cape Cod historical points of interest, or doing some shopping, you will be sure to make some tremendous memories and want to return year after year to this perfect spot at All Points East.

***Owners welcome up to 2 approved low-impact adult dog - no puppies - TENANT must reach out to Nauset Rental with dog details for approval either before making reservation or within 48 hours of submitting online reservation. If approved, a $200 Pet Fee  per dog will be added to your reservation. We will need to know the following information:
*Any shedding?
*Any issues with accidents - urination or throwing up?
*Any issues with chewing furnishings?
*Barking while unattended or while attended?
*Does your dog receive flea and tick preventative?
*Are you confident you can leave property with no sign of your dog when you check out?
*Do you accept full responsibility for the behavior and impact of the dog in your group during your stay?
