A perfect home base for your family or group, this charming 3 bedroom Eastham home is ideally situated near beaches and sightseeing. Beautiful Campground Beach on the bayside is just 4 minutes down the road, while Nauset Light and other National Seashore attractions are within 10 minutes of the house. Catch the bike trail nearby and ride down to Orleans, or visit the Wellfleet Drive-In just 2 miles up the road for movies under the stars and flea markets with unusual finds during the day. This house is a nice central location close to all the Cape has to offer!
This home is set in a private, quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. The large backyard is surrounded by trees for plenty of privacy, and there is a deck with a gas grill and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy as well. There is also an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing the salt and sand off after a day at the beach! Beach gear is included with this property.
Inside, the main level features an open living and dining area with fireplace and flat screen TV. There is a bonus room in the basement with another flat screen TV and books and games. Wooden floors throughout and updated laundry room. Kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishware for your stay.

Lovely place to hang you sunhat in Eastham. Close to the bike path or the beaches/ponds. Clean and spacious.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for all of us. The outdoor shower was great. It was nice to have a washer, dryer & dishwasher. Could have had a couple of fans for living room area and some barbeque utensils. Other than a few minor incidents which were resolved, we are considering returning again to this cozy, quiet neighborhood.

House had everything we needed plenty of dishes pot and pans gas grill large shed for our bikes , neighborhood good for walks. Convenient to bike trail and beaches!

The location was good to visit the Cape. And there is everything we need in the house. We had a very good time in that charming old fashion house, we recommended it to anyone.
